No one likes leaving their furry friend behind, we are happy to offer some of our Chalets and Studios as Pet Friendly options for you and your four legged pooch!

Some of our units are completely pet free though, so please contact us directly if you are having any issues adding your pooch to your reservation on booking to avoid disappointment.

• Our Pet Policy can be found (section 12) in our  Terms and Conditions 
• There is a $40 pet fee applicable per dog, per stay. Only one dog is allowed per chalet, unless granted owner approval.
• Chalet 10 and refurbished units are completely pet free.
• A $250 Pet Bond is held on arrival, this is refundable after checkout provided our Pet Policy is adhered to.
• We pride ourselves on providing all of our guests with clean and comfortable accommodation. We have a strict pet policy that allows us to meet our high levels of standards, and we thank our guests for helping us continue to offer pet friendly options by respecting our terms and conditions.
